- Products
At ArtDiary, we create handmade resin art products with care and attention to detail. Since our products are handmade, slight variations in colors, patterns, or appearance may occur, making each piece unique.
- In-Stock Designs
Our In-Stock Designs are ready-to-order products available for purchase. Customers can place orders through available payment methods, including Cash on Delivery and online payment options.
- Custom Orders
Custom Orders are created according to the customer’s requirements, such as personalized names, colors, designs, or other details.
A 50% advance payment is required before starting any custom order. The remaining payment will be collected according to the agreed payment method.
- Order Confirmation
Once an order is confirmed, customers are responsible for providing correct information, including name, address, phone number, and order details.
- Delivery
Delivery time may vary depending on the product type and order details. Custom Orders may require additional time for preparation.
- Cancellation
Custom Orders cannot be cancelled after the production process has started due to their personalized nature.
- Payments
We offer different payment options for customer convenience. Payment details will be provided during the order process.
